Find summary Catchment Flood Management Plans (CFMPs) and post adoption statements for Environment Agency Wales.
There are 220,000 properties are at risk of flooding from rivers and the sea in Wales. We have produced nine CFMPs for Wales.
Each CFMP covers an entire river catchment or group of catchments. The Wye and Usk, Eastern Valleys and Taff and Ely CFMPs cover south east Wales. The Ogmore to Tawe (including Thaw and Cadoxton), Loughor to Taf and Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion Rivers CFMPs cover south west Wales. The North West Wales, Conwy and Clwyd and River Dee CFMPs cover north Wales. The upper Severn catchment in mid Wales is part of the Severn CFMP, produced by Midlands Region.
