Direct Debit - A convenient way to purchase your rod licence

More than 70,000 anglers currently opt to pay for their rod by direct debit. They need never worry again about forgetting to renew their rod licence and risk the consequences of being caught without one.

By signing up to pay by Direct Debit you will be sent your licence to your home in time for the new season. There are two easy ways to sign up and pay by direct debit:

The Direct Debit Scheme is protected by your own bank or building society and each year you will receive advance notice of the date and amount of payment. If errors are made you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

As well as being a convenient method of payment for the angler, the reduced administration costs of this method of payment means that we can spend more of your rod licence fee on fishing and fisheries improvements.
