Wye Waterway Plan
Our plan to protect the River Wye’s unique biodiversity, manage navigation and develop more recreation opportunities.
We are the navigation authority responsible for the Rivers Wye and Lugg. With the help of the Wye Navigation Advisory Committee we have produced the Wye Waterway Plan. It's three main aims are to:
- protect the unique conservation status of the rivers
- promote and develop recreation activities on the Wye and Lugg
- manage the rivers in an integrated and balanced way
