Sunday 09/03/2014 will be a generally dry day. The forecast is for settled weather conditions to continue for the next few days.
The River Tone level at Currymoor pumping station is 7.41 m. The drain level at Currymoor pumping station is 6.95 m and falling. Water enters Currymoor reservoir via Hookbridge spillway when the river level exceeds 7.45 m. Water will continue to spill over Athelney spillway, across the A361 and into Saltmoor and Northmoor whilst the drain level exceeds 7.10 m. Athelney spillway has now stopped running. The flood water on the A361 remains deep and this road is impassable. Pumping continues at Northmoor, Saltmoor and Currymoor pumping stations.
