River Thames customer charter
The River Thames Customer Charter describes our service standards from 1 April to 31 March each year. We want boaters to enjoy their time on the River Thames, and we aim to provide a great service for all our customers.
We produce a customer charter every year, and we monitor and report on our performance every three months.
