If you produce bioethanol you must comply with the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 for chemical installations.

Dried Distillers Grains and Solubles

We are satisfied that Dried Distillers Grains and Solubles (DDGS) arising from the production of bioethanol can be classified as a non-waste by-product when used without further processing.
