What is the purpose of this exemption?
To enable businesses to store and use waste-derived biodiesel as a fuel in portable generators and vehicles.
What types of activities can I do?
Example activities include using waste-derived biodiesel to:
- run a delivery van or tractor;
- run a portable generator to provide electricity for a power washer.
