What is the purpose of this exemption?

This exemption allows you to burn untreated wood wastes in the open, where it will not cause a nuisance.

What types of activities can I do?

Example activities include:

  • A landscape gardener has trimmed hedges and branches and wants to burn them on a bonfire at the same place.
