Step-by-step guides on how to enrol your account, make changes to unlocked accounts and update contact details in the CRC Registry.

Enrolling for CRC and using your account

Once registered you will receive your Government Gateway ID number. You can then use this along with your password to re-enter your account via the CRC Registry.

Once you have re-entered your account you will be able to carry out a variety of tasks such as enrolling, managing contacts and downloading your registration summary.

Enrolling the second contact

At the time of registration a primary and secondary contact details were provided.

The first of these contacts to enrol the account will complete the registration process, while at the same time enrolling themselves on to the account to enable them to access and manage the account.

The second contact will also need to enrol to enable them to also access and manage the account.

This guide advises how to enrol the second contact.

Making changes and unlocking your account

To make changes to your account please contact the CRC team and request that your account is unlocked.

The CRC team will email confirmation that your account has been unlocked. You will be able to enter the registry using your Government Gateway ID number, given at the time of registration, and your chosen password.
