You may need to use conversion factors to change your quantity of a particular fuel supply into the CRC standard unit, to fulfill your reporting obligations under CRC.

Emission conversion factors (emission factors) measure the amount of pollution produced when a certain quantity of electricity is supplied or a supply of gas or other fuel is processed or burned. Our guidance contains a list of standard emission factors, as published by the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC).
