How is information being communicated to operators?

We sent an introductory letter to all operators assigned to the United Kingdom. You can view a copy of the letter here:

The letter sets out some background information on the scheme and asks operators to provide contact details. We will send regular communications to those operators who supply contact details to guide them through the process of submitting their monitoring plan(s).

All operators assigned to the UK should send an email to our ET Aviation Helpdesk account etaviationhelp@environment-agency.gov.uk specifying the following information:
Title:
Forename:

Surname:
Position:
Email address:
Telephone contact number:
Company name:
Company name as it appears on the list of operators
(if different to the above):

Please note: The Environment Agency is not responsible for the content of the list of operators and we are unable to respond to queries from operators assigned to other Member States.

Comments on the preliminary list of operators should be submitted to the European Commission, using the email address: env-eu-ets-aircraft-operator-list@ec.europa.eu.
