If you no longer need your permit you must surrender it. You can also surrender part of your permit, for example if you want to remove a facility or reduce the area of land your permit covers.
Below are the application forms and the guidance notes to surrender your permit. Please note: You will need Adobe Version 7 or later to be able to use the electronic forms.
Alternatively, you can print out a copy of the form and complete it by hand.
All applicants must complete Part A and either E1 or E2. If you are surrendering a permit for installations, waste and mining waste operations only, you must also complete form F1.

Only installations, waste and mining waste operations need to complete part F1.
