If you would like to make any changes to your permit you need to apply for a variation. For further advice on how you can vary a permit please see application forms and guidance notes below. All applicants (except those applying for an administrative change only) must fill in part A and F, and complete the appropriate part C sections.
If you want to make an administrative change only - you only need to fill in Part C0.5 unless you are changing an address or contact details when you should also fill in Part A with the new details. To check what is an administrative page please see the guidance for Part C0.5.
If you have more than one environmental permit at the same location, you can apply to consolidate your permit. If you would like to consolidate your permit, then please contact our National Customer Contact Centre on 03708 506 506 to discuss your application.
The application forms below can be filled in electronically. Please note: You will need Adobe Version 7 or later to be able to use the electronic forms. Alternatively you can print a copy of the application form and complete it by hand.
Please note: Once you have selected the right parts of the form you only need to fill in the sections of that form which are relevant to your application. However, you will need to go to each section and tick the appropriate boxes which will allow you to move on to the next section.

Part A
All applicants must fill in part A - About you.
Part F
All applicants must fill in either part F1 or F2.
If you are applying for an installation, waste operation, mining waste operation or groundwater activity, for example spreading to land, fill in Part F1.
If you are applying for a standalone point source water discharge fill in Part F2:
