Biennial report

As the enforcement authority for the Reservoirs Act 1975 in England and Wales we are required to submit a biennial report to Defra and the Welsh Assembly Government.

We have released our biennial report for 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2009 which shows the actions we have taken during this time to ensure that undertakers comply with the Reservoirs Act 1975. It also shows the steps we have taken to ensure that we comply with the Act as an undertaker ourselves.
