Tools to help you manipulate air quality data collected from an air quality monitoring station

We have developed an Excel spreadsheet application that manipulates air-quality data collected from an air-quality monitoring station to simplify and speed up the production of wind roses, pollution roses, and graphs showing the influence of time of day and wind speed on pollutant concentrations.

These can be used to assess pollution impacts and to aid source attribution. The application can also change the temporal resolution of data, e.g. converting 15-minute averages to one-hour averages, or one-hour averages to midnight to midnight averages.
