The Agricultural Waste Stakeholders' Forum is looking at how farm plastic waste can best be collected and recovered within the producer responsibility framework. The Government is looking to develop a scheme where producers of plastics share the responsibility for the recovery of farm plastics. You can get more information on this 'Producer Responsibility Scheme' from the Agricultural Waste Plastics Collection and Recovery Programme link above.
