What you can expect from us - our service commitment
Making it easy for you to do business with us so that together we can do the right thing for the environment
- During 2012 we reviewed our Customer charter. We talked to some of our key customers and to our staff about this. You told us that rather than a charter - that sets out fixed targets you wanted to hear about when and where we improve our services and how we want to work with you.
- In January 2013 we published ‘What you can expect from us - our service commitment’. This sets out our commitment to you and will keep you up to date with any important service changes we make.
We know that we have many kinds of customers, with different needs and expectations for the services we provide. We are committed to improving the service you receive and this commitment has been designed to let you know what you should expect from us.
It sets out our general standards, telling you about our aspirations for the service we provide and how you can contact us.
