Creating a Better Place - Translating Strategy into Action
This plan covers the Environment Agency’s work across England and Wales. In addition a separate operational plan is published for Wales based on priorities and funding aligned to Welsh Assembly Government’s agenda in One Wales, its Environment Strategy and the priorities agreed with Welsh Ministers.
Our plan shows how we will continue to deliver our corporate strategy, Creating a Better Place, which Ministers approved in 2006. It sets out our programme of actions over the next three years for protecting and improving the environment in England and Wales together with the key performance targets that we will use to monitor progress. It also describes how we will make significant changes to the way we work in order to achieve more for the environment, better, faster and for less and by working together with our customers and partners.
